The full floor plan review is designed for new constructions or complete home renovations. With this premium service, the entire newly designed floor plan will be thoroughly evaluated during a one-hour virtual appointment. Please note that this review service provides design suggestions aimed at troubleshooting and enhancing your submitted floor plans; it does not offer a redesign service. Make sure all areas and rooms are clearly identified, including cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and key appliances (such as the stovetop, oven, and refrigerator). Use standard floor plan graphics and callouts if needed for further clarity. These elements must be included in the floor plan, as the review is specifically focused on it. If you provide additional information in note form, please ensure that the notes correspond with the details in the floor plan rather than proposing potential changes. The goal of the review is to identify problems noted in the redlines and offer possible solutions, not to create designs for spaces that have not yet been developed.
