Design consultation is a one-hour virtual Q&A tailored specifically to meet the clients’ needs. While the session may primarily address floor plan and spatial concerns, it can also encompass discussions on finish materials, transition choices, fixture or color selections, cabinet and fireplace designs, ceiling details, and much more. This service stands alone but can also serve as a follow-up to a floor plan review and may be repeated at nearly any stage of the design process. The entire design consultation occurs during the one-hour appointment through screen sharing by the client. Dave does not review materials beforehand or provide overlay sketches.
